PARA: Öğretmenler, doktorlar kadar para kazanmıyor ama doktorlar ve avukatlarla aynı sosyal statüye/değere sahipler.

Yasalara göre Finlandiya'da eğitimden kâr elde etmek suç sayılıyor, bu sebeple eğitim herkese parasız. Ülkedeki özel okullar da ücretsiz eğitim veriyor ve devlet tarafından finanse ediliyor.
